HCCS at the Chess SuperNationals VIII !
Every 4 years, Chess SuperNationals is held, which combines the Elementary School, Middle School and High School Championships. This is a fave chess event uniting all of our Hunter schools into a team of 53 players!
This past weekend in Orlando, FL, at the Chess SuperNationals VIII (with over 6,000 players), HCHS won trophies in both middle school and high school, click to read all the successes!
The Chess Team would like to thank their steadfast coaches, esp. Coach Sunil, their HS Faculty Advisor Ms. Krilov, the Administration, and the PTA for their support!
