HCCS Win Top Awards at Manhattan Spelling Bee

Six students from HCCS- Victoria F (8-1), Charles K (5-O), George L (6D), Anya M (6M), Owen S (7-1), and India Y (8-1) competed with more than 60 other spelling bee competitors representing schools throughout Manhattan.  By the end of the event, HCCS took home all the awards: 1st place- Owen S; 2nd place- Charles K; 3rd place- India Y.  The three winners are invited to participate in the NYC spelling bee in March.  Congratulations to all the participants!
