Hawks Drive Past Murry Bergtraum To Move Back Into PSAL Playoff Race

Hunter closed out a tough Murry Bert HS 68-48 to move to 4-4 in league play.  Hunter went on an 18-8 run in the second quarter and led at half 43-27.   Hunter was able to extend the lead in the second and closed the game on a 10-2 run.  The Hawks were led by Senior Captain Caleb Yellin- Flaherty with 27 points and 18 rebouds.   Senior Captain Sean Dunnsue added 20 points and 5 assists.     Next Up for Hunter HS is Bayard Rustin on January 7th in the Hunter gym at 4:30pm - GO HAWKS !!
