Journalism students visit The New York Times

New York Times staff members, including Bill Keller and Hunter alums Nick Confessore ('94), Sewell Chan ('94) and Ian Trontz ('88), meet with members of the 2013 Journalism elective in the Times' executive conference room overlooking the Hudson River.

Many thanks to Mr. Trontz for coordinating this opportunity for the students. The Journalism elective students listened in on the page 1 decision process and then were able speak with Bill Keller, former Executive Editor and current Op-Ed Columnist, Ian Trontz, Deputy Metropolitan Editor/Enterprise, Sewell Chan, Deputy Editor, Op-Ed/Sunday Review and Nick Confessore, Political Reporter
