Each year the Social Studies Department is pleased to invite a scholar to deliver the Helen Witmer Lecture, in honor of a former teacher and chairperson. On Thursday, December 5, Hunter welcomed Professor Linda Gordon to speak on The Second Coming of the KKK: The Ku Klux Klan of the 1920s and the American Political Tradition.
