Hunter Students Earn Top Honors in NYC Scholastic Art & Writing Awards

We are thrilled to announce that over 60 Hunter students were recognized in the NYC Regional Scholastic Awards this year! From Gold Key winners to Honorable Mentions, our students’ creativity, dedication, and talent stood out across writing, visual arts, and journalism. Their success reflects not only hard work but also the vibrant culture of excellence at Hunter.

Some standout achievements include:
  • Leo B. – multiple Gold Keys for Transducer, Runaway Pet Zebra Captured in Tennessee, and more
  • Evangeline D.-F. – Gold Keys for chewing gum & chocolate and untitled #1
  • Zadie R. – Gold Keys for winter fruits and never do that again
