The Hunter Hawks picked up a big non-league win over Brooklyn Tech, jumping out to a 22–8 opening run and never looking back. Hunter controlled the pace from start to finish to secure the victory.
Senior captain Braden Li led the Hawks with a game-high 24 points, while fellow senior captain Dylan Cano added a strong all-around performance with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Player of the Game honors were shared by senior Justin Wu, sophomore James Tiger, and senior Hashim Syam for their impact on both ends of the floor.
