At Hunter College Campus Schools, the HOLA Show is a powerful reflection of our community in action. This year’s theme, Seguimos Fuertes, meaning “We Continue Strong,” brought together students and staff members to celebrate culture, identity, and the student voice.
The program featured a dynamic mix of skits, singing, and dance, showcasing both traditional and contemporary elements of Latin culture. Students performed with confidence, creativity, and pride, captivating the audience through storytelling and movement.
Highlights included boys modern and girls modern dance performances, set to music by artists like Karol G and Bad Bunny, blending current influences with cultural tradition in a way that felt both meaningful and authentic.
More than a performance, the HOLA Show showcases what HCCS stands for: a community where students lead, collaborate, and express identity, while strengthening connection and belonging. It reflects our commitment to diversity, creativity, and inclusion, and the importance of honoring culture while embracing growth.
Seguimos Fuertes captures the spirit of HCCS, a community grounded in respect, strengthened by student voice, and united through cultureandidentity.
We extend our sincere thanks to our advisors, Ms. Betancourt and Mr. Rivera, for their dedication, guidance, and unwavering support in making this celebration possible. We also thank Dr. Fisher, Ms. Siegmann, and Assistant Principals Mr. Adisa and Ms. Pratt for their continued support!
