Hawks Move to 5-3 With Win Over Rival Beacon 58-51.  Hunter was led by senior captain Merlin Gogolin with 37 points.    Senior Marcus Mellody added 15 rebounds in the win.   The win over Hunter to 5-3 in PSAL league  play.  Next up for Hunter is a very good Brooklyn Tech team in a non-league match up and visit from a team from Australia on Saturday 1/7.    Go Hawks!
