Speiser Institute for Responsible Media: HCHS Journalism Conference

On Saturday, March 23rd, the fifth biennial Journalism Conference, sponsored by HCHS Alumna Mildred Speiser, (HCHS Class of 1949), was held at HCCS.  An amazing series of speakers and panels comprised of alumni and guests spoke to the HS Journalism Practicum students.  Congratulations to the EICs of our school papers, The Observer, Sophia L and What's What, Ajani S & Odelya B-P for moderating and kudos to faculty advisor Ms. Cusick for organizing this terrific event for our 9th and 10th grade Journalism Practicum students.
