Hawks Move Closer To PSAL Playoffs

Hunter defeated East Harlem HS 69-61.   Hunter led by 10 at half after a 15 -0 run in the 2nd quarter.    Hunter was led by player of the game senior Chris Ma with 24 points and 10 rebounds, Junior Gabe Franklin added 20 points,  Senior captain Luca Wernick added 7 points,  11 rebounds, 5 assists, and 13 steals, senior captain  Chris Aiello added 7 points and 10 rebounds.     The win moves Hunter to 7-2 in league play.   Next up for Hunter is Murry Bergtraum HS on Tuesday Jan 8th.   Go Hawks
