HCCS Director Search Announcement

The search for the new position of Director of Hunter College Campus Schools is underway.

Updated June 20:  We are pleased to announce that Joanne Roque has agreed to serve as a high school faculty member of the search committee for the Director of HCCS schools.  As a long standing faculty member, alumna, mentor and active HCCS community member, Joanne is a welcome addition to the committee.

Members of the search committee (listed below) met with President Raab, John Rose (Dean of Diversity & Compliance, Hunter College) and Martha Eisenberg (Search Consultant)  on Monday, June 4th to discuss the Director’s role and responsibilities, and to review aspects of the search process.  This is an important search for the HCCS community and offers a wonderful opportunity to consider the qualities, experiences, and aspirations that are valued for the leadership of the Campus Schools.  The search committee will meet again in early Fall to continue its discussion, and looks forward to input and feedback from all members of the HCCS family as the search progresses.  Lisa Siegmann has agreed to continue in her current role as Acting Director next year.
