Abraham Gold – Piano, Zaul Tavangar – Cello, Yuki Kanazawa – Violin (Please note that the pianist is also the composer)
This ensemble is coached by Michael Stratechuk, HCHS Music Faculty and submitted recorded audio auditions for the competitions. In addition to the honor of performing, the students received two coaching sessions prior to their performances by Artist Members of “The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”.
In addition, the resident lecturer and Young Ensembles panelist, composer Bruce Adolphe, has offered a composition “coaching” session to Abraham to provide feedback on a work in progress.
Congratulations to our student musicians on their accomplishment!
